Pastor Queen Gee celebrated a surprise birthday party in style at Pinetown, Atter Gospel Outreach Ministries yesterday.
Congregants, family members and friends gathered and showered her with expensive gifts and flowers.
The atmosphere in church was electrifying as charismatic Pastor Queen Gee known for her good taste in cars, attire and music.
Amongst the high profile people who honoured their invitation is Dr Mamsy Mjwara from Intokozo FM, former ANC counsellor Nokuthula Makhanya and former Imbokodo FM presenter Sambulo Nkwanyana.
“My actual birthday is on 29 February, I have to wait for four years before celebrating but congregants came up with this idea of surprising me. My initial plan was to thank all the students who passed matric and also motivate those who couldn’t make it. I also wanted to assure those students who still eager to acquire matric certificates through finishing schools that I am going to look for donations from various business people. I believe business institution like Black Business Federations (BBF) can assist in moving this train forward,” said Queen Gee.
Pastor Gee also revealed that church love began when she was an interpreter in her former church but she waited to be called.
The Purpose Magazine learned that Atter Gospel Outreach Ministries officially opened last year in September but the numbers are skyrocketing each and every week.
“I am grateful that my family members came in numbers, and even my mom came. It clearly shows that my journey in ministry means something to them. I also thank those who guide me along the way,” said Queen Gee.
Queen Gee cousin Mdu Mbaso, thanked the congregants for displaying love towards the Pastor and ensured that the church is moving to the right direction.
Sambulo Nkwanyana blessed the congregants with Gospel music and everyone seemed to enjoy his songs he released long time ago.
