Zodwa Wabantu’s ‘fingering’ video sets Twitter on fire
By Sihle Mkhize
A Zodwa Wabantu video circulating on social media has caused havoc and vocal Twittarian Prince Kaybe has to her defence.
The 14 seconds video shows Zodwa on the groove entertaining an audience in a skimpy black dress. And as per the norm with her, she didn’t have any underwear on.
She was openly flashing her privates The audience shouts “Zodwa we wanna party” and she started opening her thighs then the party animals went crazy.
As the audience seemed shocked and entertained at the same time, a tipsy young man came from nowhere and tried to finger Zodwa.
The video crashed the internet and varying opinions started filtering through about the incident. Prince Kaybee told concerned followers to mind their own businesses.
“Zodwa doesn’t mind, I think you shouldn’t too. Drink water and mind yours. Zodwa is at work and her body brings her the bag. What’s exactly shocking,” he asked.
“Zodwa’s body is her office. That’s why clubs hire her, for exactly that. Have you ever been to a strip club? Exactly the same vibes. We understand you’re shocked. Tell us why?”
Hlumisa Malahla came with a fiery response: “At no point in time did she openly express that her job was to be fingered by men.

“Yes, she is securely liberated and enticing men sexually is her brand, but in no way or form is a man shoving his hands in your private part right. The point is, that man was wrong”
Prince Kaybee asked Hlumisa to ‘balance him’ and posted a video of Caspper Nyovest where a woman was shoving her hands on Caspper’s privates while he performing on stage.
But she hit back: “I don’t get your point. I didn’t base groping from fans being wrong to any (particular) gender, I just said it is wrong without consent.
“Cassper’s case adds fuel to the argument that just because you’re a performer, sexually or otherwise it does not warrant your audience touching your privates.”
Zodwa poured cold water over the matter and said: “Guys whether you touch me or you do whatever when I’m on stage I don’t have a problem with that.
“But how it looks on the public and the people who are not there when they see a video they make it like ngithatha indunu yami or ikuku yami ngininike yona.
“But when I don’t feel comfortable I always move. I don’t have any problem with you. I love you so much. Thank you for supporting my brand as Zodwa Wabantu.”
