Babes Wodumo demands apology for ‘you had sex with DJ Tira’ post

Controversial Gqom singer Babes Wodumo is at war yet again. The Wololo hitmaker whose real name is Bongekile Simelane has threatened to sue music fan Philile Ngubane.
This is after Philile made comments about Babes Wodumo engaging in sexual activities with Dj Tira.
In a letter which is in possession of The Purpose, and dates dating back to August 29, 2021 Babes Wodumo demands that Philile makes a public apology in her Facebook account.
The letter was hand-delivered by Babes Wodumo’s lawyers from Diaho Attorneys Inc. It instructs Phulile to apologise to Babes Wodumo and her husband Mampintsha, Dj Tira, his wife Gugu Khathi.
“Our client has brought to our attention that you sought to ruin her reputation and marriage by publicly insulting her being by making derogatory statements which are both are untrue and incorrect.
“You said “nomuntu owayekuhlaba uyabizwa ngobhuti omdala, strange kodwa ngoba washada akunankinga”.
“And this basically means even the person whom you once had sex with they can be referred to as an elder brother.
The letter further states that ever since comments were made, they have had negative effects.
It says things have been rocky in the marriage of Babes Wodumo and Mampintsha.

It is claimed that this has also affected the marriage of DJ Tira and his wife Gugu Khathi.
“Your words have grossly violated the client’s rights, dignity, reputation and should be punished.
“You are to cease and desist from conducting yourself in a disrespectful manner including not mentioning the client nor insinuating anything that involves the client directly or indirectly.”
Attempts to get comments from all the parties involved proved fruitless.
