Radio personality Thando Thabethe says she is excited to allow South Africans to see her in her personal capacity on her new reality TV show.
Ustopable Thabooty is set to premiere on BET (DStv Channel 129) on April 15. But seems to have already gained interest.
The 947 FM drive time show presenter told Isolezwe this week that the show will give her supporters access to her private life.
Thando says viewers will get to see her interactions with her mother Sibongile Thabethe and her sister Sanele among others.
“It is something I am used to,” she says about being in front of the camera. She is also a seasoned actress.
“It will not be the first time doing it but the difference is that before I knew when it ended and I would then go back to my normal life.
“But I am excited to open a new chapter where I give my supporters access to me so they can know who I really am.”

She says the show is an advancement of her as a human and a show business practitioner.
“I really hope they will enjoy what I do on the show. This means a lot to me because I am not only cast.
“But I am also one of the producers under Redwood Production which I co-own with Tumi Maimela,” explained an Thando.
She is an established actress and her recent work includes a Netflix movie series How to ruin Christmast.
Thando plays the leading role of Beauty Sello whose Christmas wedding turns into a series of comedic errors.
