Ladies, you can own your pleasure, it is your right as a human.
Sexual pleasure is an essential Human Right, so its time you take pleasure into your own hands.
If you are struggling to have orgasms, then I am here to tell you that you and your body are not broken. You are not alone.
It makes perfect sense why so many women cannot experience orgasms, many are unable to totally surrender and experience only simple pure pleasure. The body can hold on to all the negative belief systems embedded in your mind about sex and pleasure, it could be because of past traumas that make you look at sex with some sort of negativity or it could also be because your male partner/s could expect you to have sex like him, not understand that women are wired differently.
Most women experience sexual repression and negativity, toxicity and violence, so we can’t explore our own bodies out of fear of being shamed. All these really stick and stain our minds and that affects how our bodies respond. This gets planted so deep that even if you want an orgasm, subconsciously, you fight against it.
To awaken your body and reclaim your pleasure, try to self-pleasure. This will help you be more open to pleasure, even when you are with a partner.
The beauty of self-pleasure is that you can do it by yourself and as a form of foreplay or introducing a new thing in the bedroom with your partner. Self-pleasuring while your partner watches, can be a Big Turn On!
Start by setting the mood, this will help you relax. Remember self-pleasure is another way of loving yourself, self-care and reliving stress.
Light candles, play calming music and leave the shame outside your door. Once you are comfortable you can even introduce a mirror.
Try different ways to self-pleasure until you find the one that best works for you, some simple examples:
● Stimulate your clitoris, g-spot, vagina or cervix with your finger/s or palm using different strokes, speed and positions.
● Using sex toys like vibrators or dildos etc.
● By straddling something that feels good like the side of your bathtub, pillows armchair etc.

So ladies, take a journey towards exploring and owing your pleasure, it is your right as a human being.
