Another extra marital affair rocks King MisuZulu marriage
This time it is his wife who has allegedly cheated with a family member and the king’s confidant

King MisuZulu kaZwelithini put on a brave face when he made public appearances with his wife, Queen Ntokozo kaMayisela last week.
It has since emerged that behind the scenes, things are not so rosy between the King and Queen.
King MisuZulu was recently in the news when a women and children’s rights activist Sihle Sibisi announced their romantic repertoire.
The Purpose has found out that Queen KaMayisela is facing damaging extra marital affair allegations.
In a WhatsApp voice note that went viral on social media, one of MisuZulu’s inner circle, Inyosi Mgoqozi, can be heard talking about the allegations.
He says in IsiZulu: “Icala lokuthi walala nondlunkulu uMthokozisi Ntombela. Ingonyama imxoshile phela undlunkulu.
“Ihambe yaya Ophongolo ayaziwa ukuthi ikuphi. Konakele imbuso iyavukelana.” (The issue is that Mthokozisi Ntombela is sleeping with the queen and the king has expelled the queen from the royal house.)

When contacted, the Inyosi said: “I can’t confirm or deny. Please call me later because I also have questions for you.” He then hung up.
It is said that following the allegations, King MisuZulu hastily left for eSwatini to recuperate and seek counsel from his uncle, King Mswati III.
The king has apparently not taken the new developments well. Ntombela, who is often referred to by his clan name Prince Mahlobo, is a trusted confidant of the king.
It’s a smear campaign
He is also a cousin to King MisuZulu as his mother, Princess Nozipho Zulu, is the sister to the late King Goodwill kaBhekuzulu.
A royal insider who was quoted by Sunday World confirmed that the meeting of the elders was held two weeks ago. It was to discuss the cheating allegations.
However, the senior royals were divided. “Some felt this was a plot to ridicule the king.
“The problem is that nobody is willing to come forward and say that Prince Mahlobo and the queen were caught in the act,” said the insider.
“The intention is to protect the king and kaMayisela from undue public pressure and scrutiny.

“But nobody knows how long the fictitious reconciliation will last.”
Prince Mahlobo told Sunday World that there was nothing untoward about his relationship with the queen.
He said the allegations were a smear campaign. Mahlobo is one of the persons tipped to succeed Amazulu traditional prime minister Prince Mangosuthu Buthelezi when he retires.
“I am aware some people within the family are out there to assassinate my character….
“Some people don’t want to see our working relations become a success. In fact, they want to see His Majesty’s leadership fail.”
King MisuZulu’s secretary, Prince Thami Zulu, spoke on behalf of the royal family. “Indeed, (the) Mayisela family came to discuss such an issue. We are all shocked by Inyosi Mgoqozi’s allegations.
“We have invited him to come with his leaders and explain to us,” he said.
