Kwanele Mtolo, popularly known as Khaza in Maskandi music is going to represent Bergville at the Goduka Maskandi Festival.
Khaza confirmed with confidence that indeed on December 3 at King Zwelithini Stadium, uMlaza, all eyes should be glued to him.
The Bangidlela Umona hit maker told The Purpose that he can’t wait and he is delighted to be among heavyweights who are billed for the event.
“I am over the moon. This clearly shows the role in entertaining people that is noticeable.
“I am glad that the event organisers remembered me. The inclusion of my name will not be a mistake,” said Khaza.
Replying to the question of whether his fans will come in numbers from Bergville to support him, he said every music lover is welcomed.
“I wouldn’t say supporters from my hood but all over the country should come in numbers.
“Even the so-called heavyweight artists are my fans,” he says.
Event organiser Pastor Mjosty said every musician wants to be part of the event.

“Some of them want to entertain and use this event to launch their new projects.
“I am delighted as well. Everyone is raising their hand. This is going to be massive,” he said.
Artists such as Professor, Mapaputsi, Lagxabha, Phuzekhemisi, Sgwebo Sentambo, Thwasa Lekhansela, Amavikelambuso, Yellowbones, King Masolution, Bullistic, DSD, Character, Bello noGallo are also billed to perform.
Tickets are on sale at Shoprite/Checkers and Spar starting from R100 for general and R500 for VIP. The event will start at 11 am and until the next morning.
