This show showcases the difficulties of parenting quintuplets

The cast of Outdaughtered

By SANE MSELEKU

Being a parent to a singleton is hard work but being a parent to quintuplets is even harder and stressful.

Looking at the Busbys parents having to be out-daughtered, they got their first daughter then after six years got pregnant for the second time only to find out they are carrying five babies at once.

That was pretty much shocking to them and they could not believe it until they gave birth to the lovely quintuplets .

They were all girls so tiny but yet so cute. They had a lot of complications but through Gods grace they all survived and one of them has problems with her eye sight.

She has had multiple operations, at one point she was seeing double and when she cried, blood came out of her eyes instead of tears, that was very stressful for her parents but now she has recovered.

When the quintuplets were born Blyke the elder daughter felt neglected as she was not getting as much attention as she used to.

She felt babies were getting all the attention not understanding the pressure her parents are having. They learnt that and tried to make time for her alone and that made her happy and now she helps her parents to take care of the quints.

They are now turning 5 and going to Kindergarten, even though the pressure is still there but not as much as before when they were younger, they are now learning to do some of the things on their own.

This pandemic has put strain in the Busbys family since they had to stay home not go anywhere including school, they had to be home with the girls 24/7 which was not so relaxing.

She couldn’t even get help from friends and family because they couldn’t come to their house they had them all to themselves which was tiring and exhausting.

Catch the Busbys family Adam, Danielle and their six beautiful adorable daughters Blayke the singleton and Ava, Hazel, Riley, Parker and Olivia the quints on TLC (channel 135) on Wednesdays.
