Popular porn stars Xoli Mfeka and Wandi in legal drama over sex video

A legal war is looming between local porn stars Xoli Mfeka and Wandi over compensation for a sex video they made together. 

Xoli Mfeka is alleged to have published the video on various porn sites without Wandi’s permission. 

And now Wandi wants R200 000 as compensation for having participated in the sex video. 

In a letter of demand from her lawyers Maluleke Leshage Attorney Inc. Wandi says she asked that the video not be published. 

“We place on record that on or about September 2022 our client requested that the video not be published following the breakdown of your friendship with our client. 

“We are instructed that on or about December 2022 you proceeded to publish the video without our client’s knowledge or consent,” reads the letter. 

“Be that as it may, the published video has now reached over 950 000 views and you failed, refused and/or neglected to compensate our client for the work done. 

“In light of the aforesaid, we are instructed to demand, as we hereby do: 1. That you compensate our client in the amount of R200 000 within 10 days of receipt of this letter. 

“Failing which, our client will have no alternative but immediately institute legal proceedings against you without further notice. 

“2. That you furnish our client with the full video that was published and, 

“3. In conjunction with the demands of 1 and 2 our client is amicable to resolving the matter between yourselves.”

Xoli Mfeka and Wandi were best buddies and it is not clear what happened that separated them.

It has previously been published that Xoli makes a lot of money from her porn. 

She is also part of a ShowMax show This Body Works For Me which showcases South Africa’s porn stars.
